The Juliana plantation is located in the heart of the protected Pratigi zone in Brazil. For the last twenty years, the farmers have meticulously selected the best cocoa trees in order to recapture the quality which made Brazilian cocoa a benchmark taste in the 19th century. This chocolate has the fine fruity flavors of Brazilian land and the fiery character of the men who cultivate it.
