Fired-roasted then hand-peeled and packed in their own juices. The best way to enjoy their full flavour is to drizzle them with olive oil and enjoy them by themselves.​ The piquillo pepper is a variety of chili, Capsicum annuum, having a sweet taste with no heat, that is traditionally grown in Northern Spain near the town of Lodosa.
