RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.
Hyalin gourmet products are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product(s). If you have an issue with your order, please contact us prior to returning your items. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-food item purchased through our website you can return your purchase within 30 days for a replacement (where available) or a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. All items must be returned unused and without having been tampered with. Please return your item in its original packaging, in a resaleable condition.
